DLDavi Lemos
Founding Partner
Davi Lemos is a founding partner of Paradiso. He graduated in Psychology and Computer Science from Yale University in the United States and lived in China and Switzerland before returning to Brazil during the pandemic. A kitesurf lover, especially long downwinds on his wave board with friends, he has lived in Ceará since 2022 with his wife and three dogs. He is a partner at the architecture firm Studio Dror and at Supernature Labs, both based in the United States. He is passionate about Icaraizinho, Moitas, Caetanos and this whole region of ours, and will make Paradiso his main home as soon as possible.
PSPedro Sartori
Founding Partner
Pedro Sartori has built his career creating, accelerating and scaling new businesses. With experience in innovation, Corporate Venture Capital and solution development, he has worked on building new business models and strategic partnerships, and on expanding companies into markets such as the United States and Europe. His career has always been about turning ideas into real businesses, connecting strategy, capital and execution to drive growth and impact. At Paradiso, Pedro found the opportunity to channel that energy into something more personal: a project that embodies the way he has always wanted to live. Pedro has lived in Icaraí since 2025 and can hardly wait for his new Paradiso neighbors to arrive.
RNRicardo Nogueira
Founding Partner
Ricardo Nogueira is a founding partner of Paradiso, an engineer, born and raised in Ceará. He has decades of experience in construction and infrastructure, having delivered numerous large-scale projects throughout the state of Ceará. He has built a career marked by the ability to spot opportunities and carry out complex projects with confidence and pragmatism. Ricardo lives in Fortaleza, but loves coming to Icaraizinho with his family to enjoy the natural beauty of this paradise.

Dudu Farias is a founding partner of Paradiso. A leading name in Ceará's real estate sector, Dudu brings deep knowledge of the local market and a network of relationships built over decades of his professional career. His expertise in coordinating real estate projects, complex operations and property developments is central to bringing Paradiso to life. He lives in Fortaleza, but already dreams of splitting his time between Icaraí beach and his lush farm in the municipality of Granja.
Sophia Sartori is a business administrator, a graduate of Fundação Getúlio Vargas with a master's degree from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. She specializes in social and environmental impact projects and community development. Her multidisciplinary career spans the public, private and non-profit sectors, including time in the financial market with a focus on ESG policies, always aimed at creating innovative, systemic solutions to today's individual and community challenges.
Born in São Paulo, she came to Ceará looking to share her purpose and enjoy a better quality of life, and it was this search that led her to Paradiso. Today she holds a strategic role focused on positive impact and territorial development, believing it is possible to create and live in a better world. Even more so if that place is in Ceará.
YPYohanna Perlman
Marketing Director
Yohanna Perlman is a specialist in building audiences, communities and brands that create genuine relationships with people. With a career spanning the worlds of luxury, technology and social impact, she has built her path by turning behavior, purpose and relationships into growth strategies. Her international background, including years living in Switzerland, together with her experience in projects accelerated by Google, has shaped a global, multidisciplinary view of business, innovation and brand building. At Paradiso, Yohanna believes in the people leading the business and in the truth that underpins its vision. Her greatest strength is turning knowledge and relationships into a brand that creates genuine connections and a community that wants to be part of this story. Yohanna lives in Preá with her husband and their 2-year-old son.
